These TOUs represent a legally binding agreement between the User (defined below) and BeSeenHub. (“Company”). These TOUs set forth the User’s rights and obligations with respect to the User’s use of any version of the Website. When the User accesses the Website, the User is deemed to have read, acknowledged and agreed to comply with these TOUs, the Privacy Policy (defined below) and Cookie Policy (defined below) (collectively, the “Agreements”).
